We found BH Cleaning Service last year when preparing for the grand opening of our Irvine office. The owner Ben is professional and really cares about his clients. He manages his cleaning crew well and always get the job done beyond our expectation. When we have emergency cleaning situation, one phone call and Ben will find someone to be there. If he is not able to find someone to cover, he will show up personally to take care of everything. We are so happy with BH cleaning at our Irvine branch, and now has hired BH cleaning for our 3 other offices in Dana Point, Laguna Beach, and San Clemente.
My husband and I got a referral to Ben and BH Cleaning Service through his business associates and BH has been providing excellent service to us for over two years. We have a 4-bedroom two-story home and they always do a very thorough job cleaning it from top to bottom. What I am most impressed with is their level of professionalism, punctuality, and friendly attitude. BH is also very trustworthy, a very important quality when you are looking for people you can trust to leave your home with. Typically they clean when we are at work. And when I come home, the whole house is spic and span and I feel like a huge weight is lifted. We are quite neat and keep a clean house overall, but I don’t have time to do the deep cleaning that I need done at least once a month, so that’s why we rely on BH. They’re awesome, and I would recommend them to my family and friends!
